All orders are processed as soon as possible. The delivery times are shown on each product page. For international orders the delivery time is longer, simply because the shipment is a lot longer.
If a delivery time is longer than two weeks, we will contact you about this. Normally this only occurs if a product is out of stock at our suppliers. If the delivery time turns out to be longer than 30 days, we will offer you a solution. For a customer it is possible to cancel an order.
All our order are picked and packed with care. If a product is damaged or incomplete, please contact us!
In The Netherlands the package will be delivered by Post NL. This shipment provider aims to deliver a package within 24 hours after it is shipped. On the website of Post NL you are able to track the package with a Track & Trace key. This key is sent to you if the order is shipped.
Tip 1: It is possible to fill in another address instead of your home address. For example, you could use the address of the company you work for.
